PROJECT SONGWRITE
Could I take a television concept I had wanted to visualize for years and finally communicate it as a real Business Pitch?
SYNCHRONIZATION
Could I turn a science-fiction concept into something audiences, collaborators and potential producers could actually see and understand?
CONSTRUTO-BOTS
Could I take a speculative technology idea and develop enough of the concept to begin asking whether it could become a business?
FLOODHIVE
Could I take a community problem and use AI, research, visuals, narration and conventional tools to turn it into a proposal people could evaluate?
AWF
Could the problems I encountered while doing all of this become another company themselves?
That last one is especially important because AWF is evidence generated by the experiment itself.
I DID THIS WITH CITESHARE
I DIDN'T START THESE PROJECTS JUST TO HAVE IDEAS. I STARTED THEM TO TEST CITESHARE.
As I rebuilt CiteShare, I deliberately began developing different kinds of Business Pitches—music, film, artificial intelligence, construction technology, conservation and other ideas.
I wanted to find out what a founder could actually accomplish using today's combination of AI tools, conventional software and specialized applications.
I didn't master every program first.
I started with an objective.
ChatGPT became something like the conductor of an AI orchestra. We developed a game plan, identified the tools that might accomplish each task, and then I moved between AI systems and conventional applications to get the work done.
When I got stuck, I showed ChatGPT what I was seeing. We diagnosed the problem, found another route and continued.
The objective wasn't to learn the software. The objective was to finish the project.
GOAL → PLAN → CHOOSE TOOLS → BUILD → HIT FRICTION → SHOW THE PROBLEM → FIND A WORKAROUND → CONTINUE → FINISH
No single AI did all of this.
The work moved between ChatGPT, specialized generative AI, creative tools, website platforms and conventional applications.
The breakthrough wasn't one AI tool. It was learning how to orchestrate them around an objective
When founders cannot understand, modify or maintain what they've built, they become dependent on the people who can. That dependency can be expensive—and sometimes devastating for an early-stage company with very little money to lose.
YOUR STARTUP MAY HAVE STOPPED. YOUR IDEA DOESN'T HAVE TO.
Maybe you went through an accelerator.
Maybe you made it to Demo Day.
Maybe you built an early MVP and couldn't afford to maintain it.
Maybe the developer disappeared. The website became outdated. The prototype stopped working. Or life simply moved on.
Come back.
The technology available to founders has changed dramatically.
CiteShare helps founders use today's AI tools to communicate, investigate, prototype and strengthen ideas—while connecting Business Pitches with people who may have the expertise, resources and relationships needed to move them forward.
